Just weird!

Monday:
I'm in a very weird mood, there is this part of me that is happy about what the nice weather brings - OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES!! yeah!! .... I can't wait for long bicycle rides, the long walks have started with my loyal and lovely dog, spending more time with friends just enjoying life more ... but of course there is that part that is just plain SAD and hopeless mainly because of the loneliness around my inner walls.

My weight loss is even in a platoo, well I've had a couple of bad weeks but I'm back on track again so this week should be very good.

I just got to fight my way into finding smiles

Today it has been a much better day!! lots of smiles!!
